I bought the EA pass last month to play F1 25, and today I decided to buy the game since it's on sale. I downloaded it and when I started it, I got a message that said ,,Your account is suspended" (I attached a photo). I checked my ban history on their site and it's says that I have no ban history. I haven't played with hacks or anything. When I had the game through the EA pass I barely played online but now I want to play 2 player career with one of my friends. I opened a case on EA help, but if anyone knows a fix I would be really glad to try it.

Same issue with my account. Advisor said that i have an another account that is banned, but i do not have another ea account...
Advisor could not help in this matter...
Story for it:
I had an ea pro subsriptoin until november 2025, after that i buyed the game. The issues began at that moment... :(I can not play it and i can not refund the game, because the play time is accumulated with the playtime on ea pro subscription.
Issue is not solved....

Then it might be a different issue or you're logging in with the wrong account. Either way, it's an account issue that an advisor is going to need to assist with.

I understand that but it's clearly a bug, that's why I posted it, because I just got a response from the disputed suspension and they said that I am not banned or suspended in any way, which is strange because the error still pops us.
