I bought the EA pass last month to play F1 25, and today I decided to buy the game since it's on sale. I downloaded it and when I started it, I got a message that said ,,Your account is suspended" (I attached a photo). I checked my ban history on their site and it's says that I have no ban history. I haven't played with hacks or anything. When I had the game through the EA pass I barely played online but now I want to play 2 player career with one of my friends. I opened a case on EA help, but if anyone knows a fix I would be really glad to try it.

We can't remove a ban we can't find on the account you're contacting us with. If we can find where you're banned, your appeal will be investigated.

Ok. I will send every week a dispute. I have only one account. The game says i am suspended and ea says that i am not. We can play it until the world ends...
I will also go to my countrys National Authority for Trade and Consumer Protection and i will also give them this issue, that EA can not want or will solve this issue....😠 - Bittersaint1 day agoSeasoned Novice
Same here, I only have one account. They have verified the account. Still an issue here as well. I'll try to go around the EA help loop a few more times.
I'm sorry to say, we cannot help with this over the forums. The best I can advise is to submit a dispute. However, if ToS cannot find any bans on the account, they won't be able to help so please make sure you're submitting the dispute on the account that received the ban.

Hey there. Normally, if they can't see any bans on the account, it means a case was submitted on the wrong account. You'll need to log in with the account that received the ban. If the ban came from a 3rd party, that's not something we would have any control over or be able to see in our system.

Same issue with my account. The many Advisors I have talked to said there are no suspensions or bans. One said talk to TOS, tried that, then got directed back to advisors. One advisor said its a steam issue. No Steam account issues.
I can play F1 23 online and Madden 26 online just fine. Like the previous people, I played under the EA pro plan for the start, then decided to buy the extended (premium version) on sale. now suspended account. FYI I bought it in the EA store

Same issue with my account. Advisor said that i have an another account that is banned, but i do not have another ea account...
Advisor could not help in this matter...
Story for it:
I had an ea pro subsriptoin until november 2025, after that i buyed the game. The issues began at that moment... :(I can not play it and i can not refund the game, because the play time is accumulated with the playtime on ea pro subscription.
Issue is not solved....
