champs disconnect glitch

Hi i just won a champs game on penalties but then something happened and my ultimate team servers crashed and it didn't count as a win but it counted as a lose. i am very sad that this happened and i want a win from ea fc now. if this is not fixed in fc 26 I'm gonna do something  very bad to myself and its only ea's fault so ea fix your **bleep**ing servers please.
