Hi there. Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
Let me know if this helps or not. Thanks!

I pretty much only play clubs, and for the last two days it has been essentially impossible to even get into the lobby with my friends - on the off chance I was able to without the game crashing, they would just load my friends into the game and kick me out.

Just did all of those things - still says the ea servers are unavailable right now

Are you playing on a wired or wireless connection? Also, did you try clearing the alternate MAC address?
- Go to your Xbox Settings
- Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
- Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

I was able to connect to both NCAA Football 25 and Battlefront 2 online, which are obviously also EA games, so I would venture to guess this bug is with EA FC specifically

Um... It seems to be working, but only for about an hour at a time, and then I have to clear my MAC address again and restart, do you know why that may be?

I am on a wired connection, IPv4 & IPv6, NAT Type is Open

Now the alternate MAC fix is not working - I cannot connect to the EA servers at all again
