i beat somebody 7 to 5 and the final whistle blew so iu was waiting on the next menu to pop up but the game disconnected me it said there was an error processing the input or something even though i hadnt pressed anything, and i reconnected but the game came out as a loss and i worked hard for that win.

I was winning 6-2 on FUT CHAMPS, at minute 80 game froze for 10 seconds. I took control of his players for whatever reason. Game ended 6-2 o me. But I can not properly end the game as I am stuck on post-match cutscenes.
I believe this to be some sort of hack or no-loss glitch.
What Should I do? I do not want to leave as I might receive a Loss.
