Disconnected from Champs after a win

I won the game 3-2. The ref blew the final whistle. I didn’t receive any match coins. I was returned to main menu. I logged back in and it was counted as a loss and a disconnect. I won 9 games but only got the 8 win rewards. I earned a Festival of Football Captains guarantee pack but wasn’t given it. This is not fair. I earned it.
