Evo BUG!!

PleaseEA_Claus​  push my account to get checked I’ve been back and forth with customer service for 3 weeks as I have a expired evo that the server still recognizes as a reward so it’s bugged now and causing conflict. I can’t claim or apply it anywhere and it’s stopping me from opening packs I’ve paid for. Please sort this out it’s a terrible bug and cannot be cleared easy with a patch or update.
