Evo cup Bug - Disconnect always on first match

"quite unusual" No. go read reddit or youtube comments. only a small % bother to visit this forum to try to complain direct. I have this same issue, disconnect after 1st kick of whistle in the EVO cup. No one here mentioned Gauntlet. Clearly it is EA issue. You should, at very least change the gaslighting message that accuses players of disconnecting when almost all disconnects are not the users fault.

 Had exactly the same happen to me today in Challengers was up 3-1 at halftime, second half, DNF no win and a warning.

Happens in On line events only. First game at game start now on challengers at half time, never during gameplay

This is an issue that's been carried over from the Season 2 Evo cup.  My DNF multiplier is through the roof & I have NEVER rage quit out of a game! Anyone wondering why people are quitting games after 1 pass...they're experiencing this bug & they were kicked out.

I believe there is some problems regarding the Max chem. game mode as it is the only online game mode currently that gives me this issue. Not only the EVO Tournament Cup but also the latest Flash Event 2 which I did not have such a problem in Event 1 and the other online modes. I'm playing on the PS4 btw. Please investigate and fix it asap EA_Vendcera​  . Thanks.

EA_Vendcera​ how about fixing your completely broken game? why do we, your customers, always have to do the work for you? deleting all squads? sure i have so much time and nothing else to do in my live than to "fix" problems caused by EA...

thanks for flagging. That seems quite unusual. Could you try logging into the Web or Companion App, creating a new squad and deleting all the old squads?

That seems to solve it for a lot of people. Please give that a shot!

If you're still having other disconnect issues, it would be helpful to gather more information when exactly you're getting disconnected. Some are mentioning it's happening at the end of a Gauntlet match, while for you two it seems to be right at the beginning after the starting whistle.

Please also provide the following additional details:

I've tried to play in the Saeson EVO tournament Cup several times before, and it's always the same scenario:

Searching for an opponent - Starting whistle - First Pass - Disconnect

Each time, the connection to the servers is lost, and after reconnecting, I get a message saying I left the match and a warning about violating the code of conduct.
