FC 26 BUG/GLITCH

Whenever I'm starting a manager career mode on FC 26 for my PS5 and I'm playing it for some time but when I close the game and return to it the next day this thing appears on my screen and I can't get it away, If I press "ok" the thing once again appears back and it's like a endless loop, And it's happened to me before and I lost 2 of my career mode progress and then I started again with a new career mode by resetting the game but now again it's happening and now I've got to reset the game and lose my 3rd career mode progress??? I'm actually so pissed. What should I do is the FC 26 game broken do I have to buy a new one or can it be fixed what's the solution???????? Please help me and fix this bug so I can enjoy playing career mode once and for all
