FC 26 Crashing and restarting PC
I bought EA FC 26 in November and was playing the game without any issues until last week aprox. Since then, the game constantly crashes during any online game mode (Rivals, Champions, Rush, etc...)....

Hello there, i bought FC 26 on steam yesterday and when i open the game, after a few minutes my PC is forcing a restart without any error message or something. I checked on event viewer that i get a critical "Kernel-Power (ID 41)" while my pc restarts. i keep getting it from yesterday.
Things i tried:
- changed thermal paste on CPU / GPU (just in came it was a temperature problem but it wasnt)
- updated BIOS
- reinstalled game / EA Anticheat
- locked 60 fps - vsync ON
- turned off vanguard (riot anticheat)
- turned off firewall
- lowered power limit on gpu to 80% (just to check if my psu had a problem)
p.s. i have i7 13700KF / MSI RTX 2080 8GB Trio Gaming X / 32gb RAM - DDR5 6000 / nvme / EVGA G3 750W
so i think my pc is not the problem for sure.
Nothing from the above worked.. any thoughts about a solution? i still havent played the game for more than 10-15 minutes before my pc gets restarted.

not yet, i tried everything! i ordered a new gpu/psu (rtx 5080/1000w platinum) because i read that fc26 does some voltage spikes so there is a small chance my problem is from my 750w psand i was getting a kernel error 41 also. i was about to upgrade my gpu anyway and i’m really curious to see if fc26 will run with my new hardware parts.
p.s. i was about to upgrade my pc anyway, ifc i didn’t do that for fc26 lol ☺️
