FC 26 Possibly Calculating My Ultimate Team Incorrectly?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to figure out whether this is a bug or if anyone else has experienced the same thing.

My Ultimate Team is 93 overall with 30/33 chemistry and multiple 93–96 rated players.

However, when I enter Squad Battles and view the team comparison screen, my squad is shown as:

ATT 83

MID 84

DEF 82

The strange part is that I also have an older gold squad that is only 86 overall with 12 chemistry, and that squad shows:

ATT 86

MID 86

DEF 86

This makes no sense to me. My current midfield consists of players rated 93, 96, 95, 93 and 96, yet the game displays 84 MID.

What makes me wonder if this is more than a visual issue is that in Rivals and Champions my team often feels significantly worse than the opposition. Players feel heavy and unresponsive, AI goalkeepers save almost everything, and opponents with seemingly weaker squads often feel much faster and stronger.

I'm not claiming there's scripting or anything like that. I'm just wondering if the game is somehow calculating my squad incorrectly, especially because the displayed ATT/MID/DEF ratings seem far lower than they should be.

Has anyone else seen high-rated promo squads showing very low ATT/MID/DEF values? Have you noticed Squad Battles team comparison stats that don't match the actual squad, or gameplay issues that seemed connected to this?
