Hello,

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a bad experience in a tournament that was scheduled for 12:00 AM my local time.

I reached the final match. After waiting on the designated screen, the opponent never showed up at all. Despite me being ready and connected, the system considered me the loser and gave me second place, while the opponent — who never even entered — got the win.

This is unfair and goes against the principle of equal opportunity. I ask you to investigate the issue, re-evaluate my ranking, or compensate me for this clear technical error.
