I play on PS5. Today, I logged in around 21:30, to my surprise I had a lot of rewards to redeem. I was able to open all of them and redeem almost everything, but when I got to an Evolution I tried to redeem it and it said “There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later”. I tried many times, same message keeps coming up. I quit the game, and turned off the PS5. Nothing has helped so far and I can’t open anything else due to this staying there or rewards pending to redeem. I tried redeeming it on the companion app and the web app, a very similar message kept popping up and nothing I did helped. I uploaded pictures about it!
