I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass

I have 2 evos to redeem but when I go to redeem it doesn't let me and says a problem has occurred, however I cant quick sell them or anything and cant open any packs. Any help on how to get rid of them or fix this issue?
