I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass

Im having issues trying to open packs, the evos im trying to redeem wont let me, everytime i press redeem item, it tells there been a problem in the servers, its been like this for the past 2 weeks.

    I am also having the same issue since Thursday 29th last week and they said that there “fixing it” since then but I’ve missed out on the end of TOTY and I can’t open the playstlye packs for the FS evo
