After the conclusion of the previous season, I was awarded unclaimed rewards from season pass. These included some evolution items. Now, You know how some of these items work, you cannot access the store w/o assigning those items (player picks, evos, chemistry items). With evos and player picks, you can't quick sell them (well I can't so I'm not sure) and this prevents me from doing anything regarding my packs.
When I try to redeem the Evo, it says "problem connecting to EA servers". I have tried Console, Mobile and Web App, all the same outcome (see attached).
Please I need help because it is going to affect me in this new promo as I cant access any packs and the playstyles pack especially. I can access any new reward that I can pick or redeem, just not those two evolution items.

Yes, I have this exact issue and it's very annoying. Submit a bug if you haven't already.
