My FC 26 account is stuck due to a broken Evolution item.
the game says “You have unassigned items”. Every time i try redeem the evolution item, it says “There was a problem connecting to the football ultimate team servers. please try again later.”
Because of this, i cannot open packs for over 6 days.
This happens on PS5 and Web App.
Please perform a server-side reset of my Evolutions / unassigned items
Almost a week gone, and because of that players missed the chance to pull totys and now future stars I guess
Yeah future stars is ending soon and i highly doubt they will fix the issues before that
