Please can this be fixed
Same issue which I reported to a tech. Glad it’s not just me experiencing this issue. Please fix EA. Can’t open any packs until it’s resolved.

Dear Darko,
The evolution is in green color,doesnt have any info ,doesnt let you preview it,or redeem it,several players including myself have been dealt with the same issue. It gets stuck in store (unassigned items) that lrevents you from opening packs because it tells you that you have still unassigned items and it it not redeemable.
It has been almost a week now or so.
My gamer tag is jaxoun93.
Any help or response will be appreciated i am talki g to you on behalf of us all users it got us disgusted to the point of no play.

Hi Darko, my gamertag is N_MILOS-10. The evolution item doesn't have a name, got it from season pass

3 weeks and no packs no help after reaching out to ea, why would I play or buy packs when I can’t redeem them… sort it out or people won’t want to play or pay for packs
