I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass

Seriously starting to stress me out I put money into this game by packs so I should be able to receive them and open them due to this evolution. I cannot do this sort it out to be honest. I should expect a full refund. There’s an absolute joke got rewarded and evolution because of that can’t open any packs lovely.
