Can’t redeem or delete evolution upgrade as stuck in unassigned. Can’t open packs and can’t build anymore sbc squads. It’s been 3 weeks like this. EA please sort this out as you’re letting us all down!! We’ve reported the bug, we’ve gone through the steps. We’re just getting the complete runaround. I’ve been told by your team that this is unusual and not been heard of before. Yet the proof is here for so many sharing similar experiences and poor customer service. This is a server issue, just own it and fix it. Put a notice out to the public that you’re aware of the issue and are working on it. This game has been riddled with problems.
