I think this needs to be sorted as soon as possible because it is daylight robbery paid for the game and not receiving the game. Can’t actually play the game due to not being able to open packs. Get it sorted or expect a full refund on every single FIFA point of ever bought and the money for the game, as I have the digital version.

I am truly not a complainer even when I have been wronged in any way, but I think this is so disrespectful to us all that you guys fixed stuff with the game that was not even that big of a deal and you are keeping thousands of players that paid hard earned money for this game and its content just waiting to be able to open packs and enjoy they game the way it was meant to be done. I have tried to cheer people in the discussion and to be positive and hopeful for a prompt resolution, but here we are, at least me since January 30th with this issue and all we have heard from you up to this point is we need more time, we are trying, but then again, if this bug would have been you giving us a great reward for the wrong price or anything that actually benefit the players then this would have been fixed in a matter of hours. I truly hope you compensate the players that are going through this because this is nothing short of unacceptable. Would love to hear soon from you, what is EA thinking to do besides fix the bug IF they fix it. We are looking at more grave consequences for all of you if this isn’t dealt with properly and promptly.

Community ManagerI can only pass on updates when I have them Capt-Pella. Know it's frustrating but it's the best I can do.
Our team are looking into this and seeing what they can do to fix it.
