I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass

I think this needs to be sorted as soon as possible because it is daylight robbery paid for the game and not receiving the game. Can’t actually play the game due to not being able to open packs. Get it sorted or expect a full refund on every single FIFA point of ever bought and the money for the game, as I have the digital version.
