I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass

Seen there was an update today for finesse shots. Was hoping maybe there would be a fix to this bug and still no. You cannot progress in this game if you can get players that you either use , sell or for fodder for sbcs. I have had this problem since 30th of January. Like let’s be so for real. If this was a store pack with a guaranteed icon or hero be done fixed in 10 minutes. It’s just no enjoyable playing divs champs last 2 weeks and having nothing to show for it
