it has been nearly 3 weeks i am constantly talking with ea advisors with my case saying that the issue is with the team, they dont have any time frame for fixing this issue,nor have any updates. I stated that there are thousands of players stuck with the same issue, demanding refunds or icon gifts and that they are retaining us from playing the best part of the year. Still no answer. Much Shame for such a huge company known worldwide. A Small bug preventing us from playing and opening packs. and also the funny thing is they tackled smaller issues like finesse and stuff with 2 updates none of them with a solution for our problem. i think deep inside they feel ashamed that they haven't been able to solve this issue that's why they say give us time and stuff like this. So shameful
