I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass

The problem is been for long time now ..... packs cannot be opened becouse of the evolution. We had no reply yet from noone of yous? No offence mate but people paying real money here and spending loads of time , at least someone can give an update and not keeping silence ?
