I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass

We cant redeem the Evo. Its saying Cannot connect to the football ultimate team servers.  Try again later. And it is not letting us open packs or anything. Please fix this on my account just remove that evo.  I want to play. I paid for the game to play not to wait for fixes . Cannot open any packs due to this issue.
