I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass

I logged in on the mobile app and recieved some evos and packs/players.  One of the evos got stuck. Before i can open packs it needs to be redeemed but when I click redeem a message comes up saying

Cannot connect to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Try again later.

I payed for the games. Payed for packs. And I cant open packs or anything because of this 1 evo in the item list. Please fix this!!! Just delete the evo from my account.

    Same problem here more than 3 weeks now and don't know what to do!
