I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass

When I logged in yesterday I had many players and evos and other season premium pass rewards waiting for me. Since, I have not been able to access that part of the game for a while I guess it just re...

I opened a pack in Ultimate Team and received an Evolution item.

When I press "Use Item", I get a server error.

Now I cannot open any other packs because the Evolution item is stuck.

This happens on console, Companion App and Web App.

Please reset or remove the stuck Evolution item.
