I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass

There's an evolution stuck in my unassigned items. Every time I try to redeem it, it gives an error and sends me back to the main menu. 

I dont know which evolution it is since it doesnt let me preview it and I can't open my packs because it sends me to my unassigned items pile where this evolution is stuck. Same problem on console and in the compagnon app.

Is anybody having the same problem?
