Seems there is no solution they are just ignoring us. I’ve had it 4 weeks bro, it cannot be claimed or applied on console, companion, web enhancer … nowhere in so tired of asking them for help it seems there is no fix for this evolution bug. I have about 100 packs I can’t open so I feel your pain bro
This company is a complete failure. They only care about money and make empty promises every year. We've lost so many features in the last month alone. It seems they'll fix the problem next year. They should compensate us.
