i have so many packs i need to open but it says i have unclaimed items which is an evolution but every time i try to claim it it tells me something is wrong on both my phone, chromebook and ps5!! it’s been like this for like two months and i can’t do nothing about it. they gave me a video to follow on how to delete a pack but it’s an evolution that’s stuck not a pack. please help

The step "select Store All in Club" is the important one, once you have multiple items waiting to be assigned.
