I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass

Bro at this point EA_Darko​ just tell us what the actual f is going on? I am unable to open packs on my EA FC 26 that I bought through steam on my PC. Observing this issue since today morning and this evolution bug is just going in loop. Everytime I try to open packs, it takes me to unassigned items which inlcudes a green evolution reward which on prevailing shows a message saying unable to connect to FUT servers at this time (something similar to when there is no internet during the middle of a session.). Please effin fix this, it is so effin annoying. 

Playing UT since 2014 and FIFA since 04. Don't fool around with an oldie.

Another day of EA ignoring all requests I put in about this error. Haven’t been able to open packs because of this “bug”, and they just spit it in your face when you tell them you’ve tried doing all the troubleshooting options. Nice. Look into this already(I know they don’t look at the forums). 

Guys, what are you doing? What are you waiting for to fix this bug? Are you going to fix this bug when FC27 comes out? Disappointment.

Cannot redeem a evaluation it's been more than 2 weeks can't open any packs! Somebody what to do?

It's been more than 3 weeks ago I get that evolution I don't remember where I get that and there is no more info we can give about thet evo there is no name on it, the only thing is the evo color it's dark green, there is meny members uploaded pictures of that evo in the community!
