I have a great news and i hope this may help you!
As many of you, I had a locked store, because of corrupted evolution, which i wasn't able to redeem, so my store was locked for more than two months.
The disappointment I've experienced by the whole EA stuff was disgusting. You know it…
The bot support, the lack of help and solution by all disabled: ; ; ; ; ; with all other stuffs and managers who do not care about the players!
So guys this is what happened steps by steps, which unlocked my store.
I make few SBC’s which gave me an evolution and a player in my “assignment items” in the store. So there become “the corrupted evolution + one normal + 2 players” all of them unassigned.
So i close my console, wait for 15-20 mins in order to let me in the Companion App.
When i logged into the App i went to the unassignment items” then i gave “store all to the club”, by the “three dots in the top right corner”, because of the player. I hoped to assign all of the items, but no. Then i gave to the “corrupted evolution” - redeem. And it just remove it by the list. So i left with the other evolution reward, which doesnt caused any problems to be assigned.

If the staffs remove this comment bcs of ive mentioned them, ao be sure that they are corrupted as well!
