I can't open packs because of an EVO issue from last season.two months

For the past two months, many players and I have been posting here, and the company, development team, and support haven't addressed this issue. The problem is that I can't open packs because of the EVO from last season, which can't be redeemed at all, neither through the web app nor the companion app, nor even from PlayStation. Therefore, today I'm going to request a refund through the PlayStation Store and attach a description of the problem. You guys should do the same and request your refunds. It's unbelievable that two months have passed without any communication to resolve this issue. Imagine how many events and features we've missed out on during this time!
