ISSUES CONCERNING PLAYSTATION TOURNAMENTS FOR FC25 PS5

I have been having issues concerning the PlayStation tournaments for fc26 ps5 regarding how I join up a round before my opponent and him not joining at all and when the timer ends I get hit with a pop up message “your match has been cancelled “ and after a few minutes another message pops up”Thank you for playing here is your placement” I have lost so many tournaments because of this bug and am a passionate player but this makes me lose my passion for this game I have screenshots even a full video of me joining up a round and end up getting kicked out of the tournaments this is unfair please fix that glitch.The worst thing is that these players I end up glitching against just end up in the tournament without playing a single game
