Like what is the point to preorder this game in pc

Like i bought this game in pc and my controller is not working in online and the squaid battle when i finish the game it says connection error please i would like a refund for this game since i paid for the preorder ultimaite edtion and i can't even play it rivals 1 out of 10 games it work sometimes i play for 30 m in match and it stopped playing please refund me the game since i can't play it normal like others
