LIVE EVENT reward bug

I’ve been experiencing a persistent issue with the “Live Event” matches in FC26 for several months. Even when I participate in Live Events and win, the wins are not counted toward the “Club Live Events” objective in FC HUB, and I do not receive the match win rewards.

Every time I join a new Live Event, the same problem occurs: my progress is not tracked and the rewards are not granted.

Please let me know what actions I can take to resolve this issue, or if any further information is needed from my side.

    Won the Cup 3 times now on 3 different days. Not counting for the Rewards at all. Who is paying back my lost time EA? Please find solutions for those things that destroy my last bit of passion for the game after ruining UT already with unrealistic gameplay and useless addings that have nothing to do with real football.
