Not received Icon pack .

I recently purchased the EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Edition on Epic Games. According to the edition details, I was supposed to receive both FC Points and an Icon Pack as part of the pre-order/Ultimate Edition bonus .However, after launching the game and checking my account, I only received the FC Points. The Icon Pack has not been delivered. Could you please investigate this issue and ensure that I receive the missing Icon Pack that was included with my purchase? I can provide proof of purchase if needed.
