Refund request - Game Unplayable on PC (Performance and Stability issues)
First and foremost, I apologize if this comes across as a rant, but after three weeks since release, I still haven’t been able to play a single smooth match.
I purchased the game on release day and have around 40 hours of total playtime, of which at least 35 hours have been spent trying to fix technical issues rather than actually playing. My PC specs easily exceed the recommended requirements, and I should be able to run the game on ultra settings at 140+ FPS.
However, the game is currently unplayable due to the following issues:
- Severe FPS drops
- Persistent screen tearing, especially during cutscenes and set pieces even on absolutely minimal settings
- 7+ seconds of input delay
- Frequent crashes during online matches
- Unresponsive gameplay after certain in-game events
The only mode that seems somewhat playable is Rush in Pro Clubs, but every other online mode suffers from either unbearable delay or constant crashing.
I’ve tried every workaround I could find, including:
- Tweaking in-game and global graphics settings
- Reinstalling GPU drivers, BIOS, and even Windows
- Disabling overlays and background processes
- Limiting FPS and changing V-Sync options
Nothing helps. I’ve spent €70 on a game I simply cannot play, and I’m extremely disappointed with how poorly optimized it is right now.
Please acknowledge this issue and provide an update or workaround. If no fix is available soon, I’d like to request a refund, as the product is not functioning as advertised.
