We say it every year, what a sorry excuse for a company. Every time a sub is made in-game right now, it enters an infinite sub loading screen, and it's just a game of chicken to see which team will quit first.
DON'T PRE-ORDER FC27. I understand most of us will still buy it, but either wait until it's on discount, or at the very least don't buy FC points. When a company that takes your money cares about you this little, at least don't reward them for it.
SMD EA.

Every time a player subs in in the clubs game mode the game can’t continue and gets stuck in the “subs warming up” menu

hello EA
what is going on
what is going on is that when someone is doing a sub for clubs its making so now can play the enitre match because it has paused the enitre game for which is making the other team win by forfiting or they forfeit and we win
the solution
what I think you need to do is you go shut down the ea servers for a hour or two then see what is going on and fix it with the magic
thanks for reading this

After recent updates, join live in clubs is having problems. Whenever either teams player wanted to join live mid game, it will cause the game to loading like forever

Hey everyone,
Thank you for all your reports on this situation.
I merged them here to ask you to please try our troubleshooting steps to improve your connection and share them also with your teammates, if this is happening to you regularly. The connection might be involved.
If your matches keep getting stuck during a sub, even after going through the troubleshooting steps, are you able to identify any specific circumstances that could help isolate the cause?
Does it happen only when someone tries to sub in the opponent team, in your own, or both?
If it works occasionally, and you can see this, is it a player in your same region or platform?
Does it happen only when someone in a different region or platform tries to join?

EA SPORTS FC 26 – Clubs Mode: Match freezes when opponent makes a substitution
Game Mode: Clubs
Issue: Match becomes completely stuck after an opponent makes a substitution during the match. This has happened to us several times recently.
For example, in our latest match we were winning 5–0 in the 36th minute. The opposing team made a substitution and immediately after that the match stopped progressing. The game remained stuck and the match could not continue.
The only apparent option was to leave the match, which means that the team that is actually winning risks receiving a loss or being penalized for leaving.
We have noticed this happening multiple times, so it does not appear to be an isolated incident.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start a Clubs match.
- During the match, have the opposing team make a substitution.
- The match may become stuck and fail to resume.
- Neither team can continue playing normally.
This is particularly serious because it can potentially be exploited by players who are losing a match. If the losing team can intentionally trigger the freeze, the winning team is forced into an unfair situation.
Please investigate this issue in Clubs mode and check whether substitutions can cause the match state to become permanently stuck.
I can provide video footage and additional information if required.

Hey,
As far as I'm aware this happens for all instances of Pro Clubs Live Join since about 26 August.
It certainly has not worked for us since then, and there are many similar complaints on the /r/fifaclubs subreddit from that time onwards.
Our club Anzowls is based in Oceania region.
The live join issue is only resolved when one club eventually forfeits. Assuming game time is tracked on your end, you'll be able to see Match ID: #250199 lasted for 2 hours, as the other team did not forfeit for that amount of time.
Not only is this a game-breaking issue, it is currently being exploited by clubs in losing positions to try and turn results to their favour, as the DNF is applied to whichever team quits first, regardless of the result at that time.
It doesn't matter whether it's our or their team which initiates this, a permanent locking of the game in "Subs Warming Up. Please Wait" occurs.
I am not aware if it's related to different platforms joining, but our Club does play with crossplay on.

Pro clubs, game freezes until one team forfeits when a team tries to bring on a sub
