The main bug in this game

The game relies on just two predictable scoring patterns: through balls behind the defenders or wing runs followed by cutbacks.

This stems from poor attacking AI—teammates fail to occupy empty pockets of space—and a holding midfielder who abandons the central pivot in front of the backline, drifting way too close to the box.

And don’t get me started on the box-to-box midfielder who parks himself in the corner during attacks. What the hell? No explanation for that nonsense.

With such one-dimensional attacking directions, the defensive AI feels ridiculously overpowered.

It’s clear: the gameplay team knows zero about actual football.
