Title: FC 26 (PS4) - Team Sheet and Custom Tactics Not Saving After Restarting the Game

Hello EA Team,

I would like to report what appears to be a major bug in FC 26 on PlayStation 4.

Every time I customize my Team Sheet, including my preferred Starting XI, player positions, formation, and custom tactics, everything seems to save correctly while I am playing.

However, after closing FC 26 and launching the game again, all my changes are gone. The game resets my squad and tactics back to the default setup instead of loading the Team Sheet that I created.

This issue happens repeatedly and makes it very frustrating to play because I have to recreate my team and tactics every time I start the game.

I believe this may be affecting other PS4 players as well. If anyone else is experiencing the same problem, please reply below and click "Me Too" so EA can investigate this issue.

Please look into this bug and provide a fix as soon as possible.
