We cant play RIVALS and RUSH in PC !! pleasee fin a solution

Hellooo EA , 

we cant complete a single game in RUSH & RIVALS we have a message after 10 to 20 min of game says : UNABLE TO ESTABLISH CONNECTION ........." and we get disconnected from game (no lose and no win no matter the score) , we have this problem since the last PATCH , you can see that more than 1000 users are reporting this since 3 days , and we see no reaction from you is it normal ? why are you ignoring PC users ??? if PS users are having some issue u will fix it in less than 1 Day or 12H ! its insane .... find a solutiion please ! 

FYI : i ALREADY uninstalled my game and install again , i have no connection issue , i have 100mbp/s , im playing with RJ45 CAT8 , i have no packet loss and im not downloading when playing and i have a good PC SPECS , so please dont tell me to uninstall install , pc , connection , cables etc ... u need to find a fix its your problem not our HW problems
