You have to took out a player from a National Team to transfer him, after that u can put that player in the NT again
9 months the Sheets Save are bugged, 7 with the Transfer problem and EA could only recognize the problem now in June
Don't happen with LSP bc it's an online mode (u need a connection and a online roster to play)

I did not quite understand what you meant with the national team thing. What I want to do is put a Rest of the World team into Serie A. Before that I want to transfer a few lower overall players from their real club teams to my Rest of the World team. Do you think this will cause an issue? None of the players I am transfering are part of any World Cup teams.
It depends
It'll only be problematic if these players that you want to transfer are in the Classic XI Teams (Mbappe, Salah, Carvajal, Bellingham, Musiala, Neuer, Palmer etc) or players that are in the WC with the new Added NTs in the game (Brazil, Belgium. Canada, Austria, Switzerland, Japan, Egypt, Colombia etc)
