Iden Versio Leader Ability is FAKE (DOES NOT WORK)

Iden Versio's leader ability DOES NOT WORK!!!! It states that "At the start of battle, if no other allies have the Leader tag, whenever a non-Droid Imperial Trooper ally attacks out of turn, they gain 2% Offense (stacking) until the end of the encounter," This feature is fake and the dev's lied. I was in a battle with standard versio team for 13min in the recent events (1 singular encounter) and the damage of my troopers NEVER INCREASED!!!! My stormtrooper was doing around 9-9.5k damage the ENTIRE COMBAT! You devs need to fix this. the 2% damage increase is a scam and is fake.
