I purchased the Trench LSB 3 days ago seconds after purchasing an Aurodium LS Token. The Trench LSB never appeared in game. After submitting an helpdesk complaint, I was instructed to attempt restoring purchases which did not work. I finally received communication that the LSB was credited to my account, but the toon enhancement did not activate. I was asked for my patience while a specialist team investigates.
I have looked through the forums, and it appears that this is a common bug when purchasing items in quick succession from the webstore.
It is also alarming to note that many requests for help seem to be getting ignored, or at the very least are not promptly resolved.
If the issue was fixed, there would be much fewer dissatisfied players who regularly purchase through the webstore.
I believe this is something that should be taken seriously.
