( Fixed ) Move objects, objects not moving up or down using the 9 and 0 key

I just bought the new artist kit and story book nursery kit and was trying to use move objects up and down with the 9 and 0 key.  It doesn’t seem to be working for me trying to move objects up and down now.  I was wondering if others are having this problem.  I’m on a gaming laptop and I don!t use mods or CC.  I haven’t used the feature lately.  I didn’t notice any bug reports on it.  9-21-24 seems to be working again today.
