I'm having the same issues. I had a few mods and did 40 formative moments fine, but no matter what I do, I can't get another one to trigger. I removed my mods, deleted caches, repaired my game. Nothing, As they say, I did all the things. Are we sure there isn't a limit to how many traits we can have. I'm doing a super sim and she has more traits than most adult sims. I had MCCC and UI cheat mod.
