Hello! I've been having this issue where my infant, toddler and children sims get acne that will not go away... it's not mod nor cc related and I have acne switched off in the "Pack Settings" so I do...

are you sure they are not sick ?
- Could you maybe add a bigger picture ?
- Please also choose one tag for mod usage.
- Never = You never used any or not in a very long time
- Removed = You usually use mods but you tested on a fresh user folder and had the same issue on a new save
- Please also add a thread tag for your platform
