Aspiration Goals Not Checking Off

None of my Sims aspirations are updating. I don't want to use cheats to fix it because then I can't claim my achievements that I've been working on. It's multiple different sims multiple different aspirations. Already cleared saved data off the Xbox. I've already lost out on getting things from the last event because it claimed I wasn't online when I was. This is ridiculous considering I just recently bought multiple packs.

I'm finding I see this issue mainly with teen aspirations specifically (for as long as I can remember). I just did all the childhood aspirations with no issue. Currently, I'm doing the Admired Icon aspiration. It's registering the number of Social Bunny posts, but it's not ticking off my 10 teen friends. My sim has at least 5 TEEN friends with 100% friendship and it's still showing 0/10. Traveling does not fix the issue. I checked this without cc and mods (I was originally playing with mostly CC and few mods). I quickly checked some of the other teen aspirations like Live Fast, and it's counting my gossip and mischief interactions. At this time, it appears to not be counting my teen relationships. I will update if I notice anything else. Sims team, PLEASE FIX YOUR GAME. I feel like this has been an ongoing issue since the HSY expansion pack which is why I rarely even bother with teen aspirations. 

Hello it’s been several months and i’m having the same problem. While looking for a solution on reddit someone said that it tends to happen with goals that requires counting or have to achieve something a certain numbers of times. Which is the case for me

Successful Lineage cannot be completed as “have a child complete an aspiration” does not register

I’ve also noticed that although it says I completed an aspiration there are tasks that are uncheck

I've been having a problem with aspirations not completing even when I have done the actions. It's been happening for a while and at first it was just the strangerville aspiration not completing after I defeated the mother plant but after the recent update it's any goal involving gardening and today my teen goals weren't working either. This seems to be a common issue and the aspirations cheat works fine but it doesn't give me the checkmarks or anything and I'd prefer not to use this cheat as there are some aspirations that involve completing tasks multiple times and I can't keep track of how many times i have done each action. 

I've restarted my game and it's made no difference. I don't play with mods so that's not an issue either. What do I do now?

I do not think I should be forced to use cheats. What's the point in playing if you have to use cheats?

I think the screenshots say it all.  Neither of my sims got credit for writing the songs!  Also: once they started writing the songs... if they stopped before completion - they would have to start 100%  over.  It took about 8 to 9 sim hours to write 1 song!   And, I had to get attitude and tell them "suck it up guys!  It's the only way your going to get it done - but then....what?????  all that sacrifice and no credit either!  

On that note : I did not see any reason to come here and report each song (separately) to show they are not getting credit, individually.  I considered it a waste of your time and space and a waste of my time.  You can see 4 songs written by both - no credit given to either and only 1 song a week can be published so it's going to be a while before I know if they even get $$$ from licensing the songs.  

Nearly all the aspirations (especially children aspiration) won't check when goals are being completed. I check them with the code, but it's another base game feature that is broken.

I am also having this issue.

I play on PC, but I do not have any mods or custom content.

I also have three computers I can test save files on, and all 3 have issues. Two of which never even had mods or custom content ever installed on them.

The failure of most of the child aspirations is new to my game. Previously one or two were bugged. Now (as of past few days) every child aspiration is not being checked off yet game registers as completed.

[Note: Also experienced with limited mods [MCCC, lilmssam, Luthienrising (allbedssameenergy, gardeningplants)  and Szemoka (Instant Upgrade)]
