[BDK] Perfectly Pristine: Earn Moodlet 'Perfectionist Zeal' not fulfilling

I was trying to complete the Perfectly Pristine Aspiration > Proactive Cleaning. 

I get the "Perfectionist Zeal Moodlet, but it won't become yellow/ gold like it happens when you complete a step of the Aspiration. 

I'm Playing on PC (EA App on Windows 11). This also happens after I remove mods and cc. 

I own every dlc EXCEPT Throwback fit, Modern Menswear, Carnaval Streetwear, Moonlight Chic, Poolside Splash, Goth Galore, Party Essentials, Golden Years, Essential Glam, the Spongebob Bundle, Yard Charm, Wonderland Playroom. 

I don't own any Maker Packs.
